Do you offer cash on delivery option ?
Yes! We offer COD only for very limited products. For all transactions in this method, there will be an extra charge of INR 65 per product.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Currently we are delivering products only in India.
How do I cancel my order ?
You can cancel your order just mail us at orders@desiartroom.com with your order id and phone number that was used while placing the order.
Note : Orders can not be canceled if the product is shipped from our warehouses.
Once the order is cancelled, Will my money be refunded?
Yes. In-case of prepaid order cancellation, Your refund will be credited to your source bank account.
Are there shipping charges involved?
For order value above INR 400, we offer free shipping all over India. For order value less than INR 400 we charge INR 50 as additional shipping charges.
