Desi Art Room endeavors to provide the best quality and service to ensure complete satisfaction. However, if the customer chooses to return the product, Desi Art Room accepts returns under the following conditions
• Refund/Return policy is not applicable on certain products. Read product description for details before purchase
• Products other than apparel category will be refunded only in case of damage or artwork completely different from ordered one.
• There will be a 5% error from visual experience of the product to the actual product due to technicalities like lighting in LCD and CMYK print schemas
• Products claiming refund must be returned in same form as it is received. Broken/used/tampered products are not accepted back.
• Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.
• All returns must be in unused condition with packaging intact

• In case of prepaid order the refund will be done into card/bank account used for the transaction. This will take 5-7 days.
• In case of cash on delivery orders the refunds will happen to customers bank account provided by them.
How long the refund procedure takes?
1. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will be credited to your original form of payment in 5 to 6 working days.
